Johnny Knatt is an accomplished Senior Manager, with a consistent history of achievement in the spectrum of core skills related to Human Resource Management. He has demonstrated the ability to be a strong “Business Partner,” with effective collaborative and intervention abilities.
Johnny has obtained diverse leadership experiences in Organization Development, Staffing, Employee Relations, Training, Sales, and Manufacturing Management.
His successes have been enhanced by strong planning, problem solving skills, and the ability to orchestrate complex situations, with tenacity and decisiveness. He has been recognized by his peers and P&G management for leadership, communication, relationship skills, and a passion for team building; thus enhancing employee productivity, and organizational performance.
Johnny’s career with Procter & Gamble has strategically provided him with multi-faceted experiences in various environments including: Production management, Quality Control, Product Distribution, Logistics, Customer Service, Sales, and Human Resources. His exceptional ability to build trust based relationships is the foundation of his success.
His contributions to business success include leading the Pharmaceutical Sales organization through significant change and transitions.
His ability to embed HR into the fabric of key business strategies accelerated leading results in both regions he supported. His ability to assess and develop teams into synergistic units, became the process for standard operating procedure in Pharmaceutical Sales.
Johnny’s inclusive approach to Staffing resulted in significant improvement of vacancy fill rates, and candidate quality.
Johnny is a graduate of Southern University, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management. Since that time he has obtained certifications in HR, Employment Law, Total Quality, Managing Inclusion, DISC Train the Trainer, and Paired Consultations.
He recently completed requirements and training required to be designated as a Registered Corporate Coach. He is also a member of SHRM National and SHRM-Atlanta.
His community involvement includes the commitment of mentoring school students, is an active member of the Kiwanis Club of Historic Roswell and a member of Roswell Presbyterian Church.
