The Principals:

The Principals are Marcia Steele, Johnny Knatt and Bob Knowles; collectively they have a combined total of 90 years of corporate and entrepreneurial experience. They have worked with the best of the best, holding managerial and leadership roles in companies including Procter & Gamble, Exxon Chemical, IBM, General Electric, Champion International Paper, and BellSouth.

In addition, they have managed their own businesses so they not only understand large organizations but small and midsized companies as well. This well-rounded consulting leadership has dealt with issues of supply chain management, talent acquisition, quality improvement, change management, to name just a few.

They are experienced executive coaches, as well as recognized experts in leadership development, process management and human resource strategy development.

As the principal leaders of a talented network of consulting resources they are able to help struggling organizations get better and strong performers become industry leaders. They have consulted nationally and internationally – from London to Tokyo, from Madrid to Melbourne, from Paris to Sao Paolo.
